Prepayment Policy:- A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance is payable on or before check-in.
- Payment can be made via mobile money or bank transfer (details provided upon booking).
- Free cancellation if you cancel 7 days or more before your check-in date.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount (equivalent to the deposit).
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
- Changes to your reservation (such as date adjustments) can be made up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

- High-touch surfaces (door handles, switches, remote controls, etc.) are disinfected with medical-grade cleaning agents.
- Fresh bed linens and towels are provided for every guest.
- Guests are encouraged to practice good hygiene, including regular hand washing and use of hand sanitizer (provided in the apartment).
- We follow all local and national COVID-19 regulations. Guests are required to adhere to any applicable mask mandates and social distancing protocols in public areas.
- In the event of feeling unwell, we kindly ask guests to inform us immediately and seek medical attention.
- The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.
- Guests should familiarize themselves with the emergency exits and evacuation routes provided upon check-in.
- Open flames (candles, grills, etc.) are not permitted inside the apartment.
